So the strategy is take rammus to fight adc, I mean killing adc Is the hardest think in the game right after respawning

Rammus' basic attacks deal bonus magic damage, scaling with his Armor.
So magic pen
on rammus armor is your damage, so pen boots + max armor = max damage, and also obv the armor gives you tankiness against ad damage
