These aren't mushy like the TTC Silent Reds. They were awful. These are really nice to type on. The lightweight spring means you don't need to hammer the keys like the Durock Dolphins. I think that helps with the mushiness as well.

@@patrickvjp8093 I got mine off Ali Express. They came in about two weeks (I'm located near Toronto). Ali Express has the V2s. Amazon only had V1s. The V1s have copper pins, the V2s have silver pins. If the version isn't listed check the image.

Does it make sense to lubricate these switches? I just heard and read somewhere that it makes no sense to lubricate silent switches.

Replying to a 2 month old comment but, generally lubing switches aren't purely to make them quieter. Lube greatly reduces the friction when pressing down on the switch especially when bottoming out. Lube will still help if applied properly making the switch smoother and possibly even quieter.

These come factory lubed. I lubed a few of these and you'd be hard pressed to pick out which ones I lubed. These are very good stock.

i thought so until i tried haimu heartbeat. lubed and stock-lubed are day and night different. better try one lubed and one stock to see if you notice any differences before deciding to lube the who package or not.

what the hell... how. they sound like poppy silent tactiles that arent mushy at all, silent switches arent as mushy as membranes, but still have a tiny bit of mush from what i hear, but you literally just replaced the rubber coated stem or smth, bc these dont sound mushy at all
