It's time for episode 5 of my spring series and it's all about making the most of new potatoes while they're in season. This creamy sauce is the perfect thing to dip them in, and I've paired them with a simply pan fried hake fillet and wilted seasonal greens. It looks cheffy but is very easy and perfect for a date night.
