It's not awful, but it kinda odd that they didn't put more Mario on it. The hidden coins are cute, but there should have been more on the joy cons. Maybe a fire flower and a star? Just wished they did more.

I finally purchased this one for myself (I love red and black) and suddenly freaked out, not knowing what came with it and how to set it up. You've really put my mind at ease and I'm really looking forward to the delivery tomorrow!
Bought mine today, I didn't really liked the white oled, i thought it kind ugly, so even though it's can be considered basic for a special edition, I'm really glad it exists
Tbh, I don't see this as an Mario special edition branding. Pokemon Scarlet and Violet branding of the unit from joycon to dock where there are Pokémon decals that's more of a Pokémon special edition, this switch more of limited color IM O.
Some sites describe this as Japanese or International Edition. Does this mean anything? Language is not in Japanese? It has the same basic hardware and features as the other OLED versions correct?
I spent $160 on it compete with Mario kart 8, clubhouse games 51 and fitness boxing 2 lol imma sell those 2 games and get a new 1st party game. Not in a rush since my account has a huge backlog anyway

The OG Mario Red still looks better but you can't beat the OLED screen.
the one part I was hoping to see was the part where you show the TOP of the grip to reveal if it charges the cons or not.
