if the driver and conductor feels that bus is not properly charged, then they will not turn on the A.C. Bus is closed, so it becomes very hot inside the bus if A.C. is not turned on in this bus. Better to avoid this bus.

On 8th of may i was travelling from Haridwar to delhi my experience with nuego was not good.First of all I want highlights some of issues that I faced during my journey
1)bus attendant was very rude used his Haryanvi accent
2)bus air conditioner was not working I literally felt suffocated.
I’m not going to travel again with Nuego bus.

I travelled on 10.05.23... ac was not working many times between the journey, even when they promise ac sitting.... Bus broke down even before reaching my stop (sindhi camp) and the conductor had to call another bus... Moreover the bus was late in arriving the destination... The midway was even pathetic, food was really bad ... My first experience was very bad
