The twins were named Faith and Hope and sadly they didnt live long either after birth

Poor little soul.....the heartbreak for the parents that seem to love them so much😥 this country seems to have its share of severe birth defects for some reason. Very sad.
East Ender I keep seeing a trend and saw a documentary about it also. Muslim countries and parts of India seem to have higher rate of birth defects due to intermarriage. They often marry cousins.
This is not due to inbreeding it’s due to pesticides
It also has to do with lack of prenatal care. This child probably wouldn't have been born in the US because the doctors would've recommended to terminate the pregnancy. Unfortunate but true.

I have often asked that question myself, why these abnormalities always seem to happen in impoverish or third world countries; and the only conclusion that I can come to is, that they lack the proper prenatal care when it's just an embryo or fetus.
India has a large population, so the probability of a sensational case is more likely to be there. then you are conflating Indonesia with India as part of your confirmation bias.
I think a few reasons. The mother probably didn’t have a scan so until he was born no one realised he would’ve been born this way. Also in Indian culture, it is common for first cousins to marry, therefore this often leads to birth abnormalities.
