I was disappointed to learn he didn’t spar southpaws. Straight left and upper cuts , a lesson he should have learned from Josh Taylor. Getting caught with same punch with no adjustments.Robert Garcia missed the mark the training.

If you're judging by this fight, he hadn't fought in over a year. He even said it in the pulse fight interview he was obviously very disappointed with his performance and ring rust.

@@NerdFaceEmoji this fight was obviously in favor of Ramirez. It’s the same way people were saying last week that the ref was in favor of Haney. The last time I seen something similar going on with the clock was Briedis vs Glowacki.

100%. He looked washed up in this fight if I'm being completely honest. A lot of these fighters with these very agressive styles age quicker than most because they take a lot of punishment in their fights. Just look at what happened to Berchelt

He did try and win , just couldnt sustain an attack all the way through ! Round 3 stopped 15 seconds early !
He tried a couple times but it wasn’t a spirited effort. He just held a high guard on the ropes for most of the fight, with no effort to get it back to the center where he was having success

That last jab on the Third sequence pushedJose off Balance. If Bart would have stepped away instead of going towards him it would have been easier to sell Knockdown. I think the punches landed while jose was down caused more damage than the actual jab. Jose has been having trouble lately. Apparently they offered Barroso a fight but he refused. I got Barroso on it.
Ramirez has some problems with his defence but he is still my favourite fighter for his ferocity n relentless barrage of heavy bombs to the end of last round.
RGBA Fighters have similar bodies.....Torsos/Shoulders. They all lack superior muscle definition. Theyre kind of Sloppy. I hope Raymond Muratalla and Vergil Ortiz LEVEL UP
Opponents it would be nice for Ramirez to target, Gary A. Russell, Regis Prograis, Arnold Barboza Jr, Ismael Barroso, or Jack Caterrall (maybe even Rolly). Then target a fight with Teo, Haney or Isaac Cruz.

Any fighter can be excused for having an off night. It happens, especially after a long lay-off. But for a former unified world champion and experience of Ramirez, to use the excuse of having been "distracted" by people he knew at ringside was just crazy. I mean....REALLY...?!
