City of Seattle raises Pride flag above City Hall

Mayor Bruce Harrell raised the LGBTQ+ Pride flag at City Hall in partnership with the Seattle LGBTQ Commission, community organizations, and members of Seattle City Council.
This year marks the City of Seattle’s 12th annual Pride flag raising celebration and the 50th anniversary of Seattle Pride. Councilmember Joy Hollingsworth presented the Pride Month proclamation, with additional remarks by Councilmember Cathy Moore.
