I just want to leave my appreciation for your content here. I know that some ppl question your success very hardly but in the end it is irrelevant to me since you are able to tranmit your info in a very reasonable way. Never understood why micro stakes players need to use their solvers all the time (I am playing up to NL50 - rolled for NL200 - and never touched a solver, game/table-selection ftw). But what lead me to finally comment on your videos was that you are able to express what you would feel after facing the river-raise with 78s (admitting that this is unreasonable, lizard brain). Also I like when you said that you dont know what to do. Poker is played by us humans and not solvers! Keep up your good work!

Second hand, I think it's mostly call. I don't even think K8 check raises vs overbet on river (if villain ever checks river with top two). On flop vs 1/3, I think 54 is mostly raising and 95dd doesn't peel (neither does T9dd). Cool hand.

      No way dude ! Th9h , 9h5h , 7c7s , 3c3s , 3c3h and possible but less likely (5 combos of K8 and 2 combos of K7) The only thing he's bluffing is a 6 or hearts

Sebastien here. One thing to consider is that if villain infers I've rangebet the board, you probably start to see some T9dd floats. Whereas, if I'm playing checks, it would fold pure. But given that it would xr sometimes as well, we definitely can't weight him heavily towards T9, I agree. Solver went 50-50 call/fold with 87s facing jam (and bluffs with it sometimes, if they raise less than all-in). Even if the solver called 99% with 87s, though, it's still a 0-ev bluff-catcher and so the real question is: will opponent overdo it here or undo it. I'm still pretty agnostic. I can sympathize with call, though!

@@ColliePoker-re4sxYou can remove both combos of T9 and it's still a fold , so good fold buddy ... I look forward to seeing more of your play and analysis :)

    Great stuff, as always.
I have learned so much from watching your videos. Thank you. Gonna pin this on my desktop: “Forget even what they’re supposed to do, be able to picture the chart in your head. When you bet 1/3 and they call, what is that? What’s in that range? And keep that throughout the hand.”

Hello, I would be interested in that too. I'm also interested in learning poker in a more human way. I have the Carrot Poker School courses:
Grade 1,2,3, Cash Injection but I still can't really use it humanely.

I'd love a video of how to translate all this into live play, and highlighting the differences (which I'm inclined to think are more subtle than would be given due credit for). Johnathon Little collab in the future maybe?

is villain really expecting hero to reopen the action enough on 8s river to slow play T9? thinking i call

Sebastien here. Pretty solid exploit vs weaker regs. Great spot for timing tells as well (snap check river and then tank xr very sus). This reg, though, I have no reason to believe they over-probe river with value.

The 78s hand is really weird. I have almost no value hands in this situation. I raise 45 and 910S at the flop (and raising sets feels to thin). I would also have no bluffs versus this this river overbet. Maybe I raise 6x, 3x, 44, 55 or 99 versus an 33% bet. So against me you dont have a decision here because it does not take place. I think against a very good player who thinks you are over aggressive, he is overbluffing and this is a call. But damn that raise versus and river overbet feels so strong (but also so fishy). I dont know. Just dont know. Craze hand. I haet poker now.. or do I love it. I just dont know again. I think I going to watch weazel steam, much easier to watch. . He is just being angry because running bad . I miss Melissa btw When is season 3 starting ??

@@c0l3slawBecause the ringfenced US pools are insanely softer than global pools. And Ontario pool is just as soft.
The carrot head coach Pete is playing 100nl and refuses to show us his graph. He wants to give legitimacy not deserved by bringing on people playing midstakes (1knl isn’t considered high stakes despite him constantly repeating it) equivalent to much lower in global pools.
The conclusion: this guy and his side coaches aren’t as good as most of his audience thinks. You would be better hiring any 200nl stars reg as a coach than subscribing to his website
