The editing at 2:42 is genius. It's Audrey Hepburn's voice from Two for the Road uttering the line to Albert Finney's character in the film, "There will never be anyone else like you in my life," then cuts to Andre Previn who composed the music for My Fair Lady starring Hepburn who he developed a very close friendship with and admiration for. It's also another subtle nod to also-deceased-this-year Stanley Donen's work because he directed Two for the Road.
RIP Julie Adams. You will always be my 50's Crush woman also Best Sci-Fi bab!, Creature from the Black Lagoon (1954) will always be my favorite Movie Monster for sure....Thank you again Julie. For making the Best Horror/Sci Fi movie ever.

As the years go by these keep getting better and better. I think this one is my personal favorite. In the most recent years they added lines of dialogue throughout the tribute which really propel it to another level.

I have to admit, I didn't expected to see Jan Michael Vincent or Luke Perry here, may they rest in peace along with the others in this memorial
TCM Remembers is light years better than the Academy Awards attempt at a memorial.
Luke Perry, John Singleton, & Denise Nickerson all died due to strokes.
I'm just glad that they included Denise Nickerson. Willie Wonka & The Chocolate Factory was my favorite movie growing up. Cry not because they have gone, but smile because they were here!!

People who wonder what's changed... Doesn't anybody ever read the video description or am I the only one that does this on all videos I watch. Most give no extra information, but some have easter eggs like song lyrics, the making of the video and more. Happy hunting!

Now Sean Connery...
And, Sue Lyon ("Lolita"), who passed away December 26th at the age of 73. RIP.
While TCM does a fine job with their "Remembers" series I'll never understand why they don't just wait until the start of the following year to create the review of the previous one.
That would have been funny if someone said that to Jack Nicklson during the Lakers game when Jermey Linn and "Linsanity" was blowing up, and the Knicks beat the Lakers, "Forget it Jack, This is CHINATOWN!" That would be like the funniest one liner of all time.

I stole your sub for Xena: Warrior Princess. Cheeeyaaahhh! I recommend you watch each film. You likely wouldn't be seeing this if you weren't a fan of TCM. I regularly record these classic films each week and work my way through them and TCM is almost always on, even when I'm doing other things. It's the equivalent of listening to classical music. All of these films have something special to offer.

Its sucks that they didn't feature W. Morgan Sheppard, Kaye Ballard, Kristoff St. John, Carmen Argenziano, Peter Tork, Ken Kercheval, Max Wright, Arte Johnson, Russi Taylor, Rip Taylor, Shelley Morrison, in the video
@@mattcampbell7669 my guess is that the main body of work done by most the folks you listed was in TV & not films. TCM's annual tribute usually focuses on cinema not network TV.
