Since 1934, the Masters Tournament has been home to some of golf’s greatest moments. Amidst blooming azaleas, towering pines and flowering dogwoods, the first full week of April ushers in a stage unique to golf and to sport. Over four days and 72 holes, the smallest field in major championship golf competes for a chance to capture the Green Jacket and a place in Masters history.

Bobby Jones didn't like the name "The Masters" He thought it was too pretentious. He named it "The Augusta Invitational National Tournament" and it was called that for a few years.
Prove me wrong; once your invited The Master's is the easiest major to win, yet that green jacket holds a weight and tradition that truly transcends any other tournament. Some of the greatest golfers of their time ( Rory, the Shark, Lee Trevino, many more.) have yet to join the elite club at a Augusta National year after year being left out of the proverbial cool kids lunch table and the perks that come with it. What a special tournament with special traditions and exceptional moments.
That to Johnny miller Rory and Greg

When young British golfers put their heads on their pillows at night, they dream of winning The Masters.
