- Horror is a pretty big genre of entertainment, but what happens when you take it and put it on a mobile device? In this video I go through the ultimate deepdive into all things mobile horror. There are a lot of games to go through so get comfortable! Personally, I think the only thing truly horrific about these games are how unscary they are. If anyone's wondering, this is the sequel to a video I made over a year ago called "Horrendous Mobile Horror Games". But I decided to make this one on a much larger scale as this is a topic that deserves it.

30:35 I actually played Zoolax before they made you pay money to unlock all the nights, and yeah all the mechanics do show up eventually. It’s definitely one of the better games in this video.
Still waiting for the second game to come out, been on beta for like…years now I believe

The 2nd game, aka "Evil Escape 3D Scary Game" was a built in horror game asset on the Unity Asset Store. They used the same starter scene for the entire game. Goes to show how lazy they really where to just use the example level.

Weirdly enough, the doge backrooms game actually looks like it has effort put into it. (I mean, look at the wall break effect!) Definitely one of the better games on this list.

It's probably based on the buff impostor chase game *which works the same* and came out earlier, in fact one year ago while the doge game is a few months old

Fun fact: clown neighbor escape had an update. The update is that there is now 2 clowns: the original one in this video, and a kind of ugly clown. They are both there so it makes it harder

I played a poppy playtime ripoff game on unblocked games with one of my friends and it was the EXACT SAME as that one FNAF ripoff, even down to the “you cannot hide while in the old’s eyesight.” That line was honestly hysterical when we played it.

randomly hearing ls mark in this vid gave me the exact same reaction as when kendrick randomly dropped hardest verse of the decade on some random future song the other day
I was half asleep while I was listening to this video and I had a dream about your friend Sournale, being at a party with a bunch of people, myself included, and he was doing his review there and the screen wasn't showing the first game on his tablet that he had that he wanted to review and just moved on with the review, without the game playing. However I had a tablet and the game loaded on it, so I tried to tell him about the fact that he could show everyone the game on my tablet and he was just so snarky and refused to acknowledge anyone else except himself and that review. He eventually listened to me and idk if he actually said it in the video or if it was just my dream, but after me showing him the game on my tablet, he just said "OK, let's get into this and get over this review." in a snarky tone as if he wasn't the one subjecting the rest of us at this party to listen to him and his stupid review of this mobile game. This all happened about 15 minutes ago, and I have to say, after having this dream I do not like Sournale. He made me not like him by being apart of my dream and me falling asleep at just the right time for him to be apart of it, thus making me not like him because of his actions. I hope he, or you sees this and you inform him of these events.

"Scary cheese escape game" is actually just a scuffed version of the Roblox game Kitty.
29:51 I have played Zoolax before and this was when I was in 3rd grade (before they charged you to play one night) and I would always play it on the bus to school or home to keep me busy and not pass out from the sun, and while the jump scares are goofy the atmosphere it sets up is great! (🤓 it takes place in an antique shop not an museum 🤓) the music is eerie, the lighting is great, also in the later nights you can use those mechanics that didn't work in the first night. So in my book pretty good for a mobile game, it also has a 2nd game Zoolax 2 which takes place in a spaceship and to me is terrible the enemy are literally flat and moving images.
i think good sound effects and the vibe makes a good horror game not the jumpscares
