Have exactly the same device, same firm ware, same disappointing experience of it not charging from mains (even though the display says it is charging). This has cost me a day of running around. I have ordered the updated version of the same all-in-one box from another brand, and will check whether charging works as supposed.

Hybrid charging is kind of the only reason to get one of these unit's , seems maybe an update to it's software.?
I don't see why anyone would buy this. It is fairly cheap but if the converter feature doesn't work why not just buy a cheaper 3,000 w inverter that you can hardwire? That's exactly what I did when I was setting up my lithium bank in my motorhome, I thought I was buying better quality but I didn't realize I overpaid because the inverter I purchased had a converter built in it and I ended up paying about twice the price of a standard inverter. I returned it and bought an upgraded inverter for half the price and I get a thousand more watts. Inverter/converter are about double the price of an inverter. My solar and charge controller send the power to the battery so I did not need a converter
No shade but just a straight up honest review by someone who bought it and tried to use all of its features.

Don't know what you are doing. It works fine for us. Must set all parameters. Ours only charge when the voltage drops to my set 23 volts.

AH! Glad I'm not the only one. I changed the settings in all kinds of creative ways and I swear, I'm not stupid. XD XD

This product didn't work for me as I couldn't get the AC to charge the battery. Another hybrid inverter worked afterwards.
