Restoring Casa Bonita may be the coolest thing Parker and Stone have ever done, and ever will.
It’s the 2nd best day of his life!
I first heard about this on South Park. Had no idea it was a real place.😂
Trey and Matt are the ones that bought it and restored it.
I took my mom here when she was alive. I lived in Denver for a year and had to go. Would love to go back now that Matt and Trey own it.
I went there back in the 70s with my cousins from Co Springs and my family fro Erie, PA. Easily one of the best memories I had a kid with with my cousins.

White People getting Super Excited about Mexican Food just makes my day!!! Down in Texas we got a Tex-Mex joint on every street corner so this just warms my heart, y’all !!! It’s great seeing other States embracing La Comida Mexicana!!!!

It was better when it was open.
Not the food per se, more the atmosphere and memories. Good mex food can be found everywhere now. Chicago has 2nd most Mex immigrants behind LA, their Mex food scene is second to none now.
@@azdbuk Mexican food in Chicago?!? No way. That’s too far North. Once you get past Las Cruces, New Mexico to the West and Houston to the East and Dallas to the North, the incarnations of Mexican cuisine just goes down the further you get outside this designated area!!!!

the chef they brought on has at minimum one Michelin star under her belt but has a focus on homecooked quality family food! Her name is Dana Rodriquez and from what ive read she should make the food quality this time around!
