I've owned a Rivet Gun of that same design and a selection of Aluminum and Steel Pop Rivets for decades. I don't use them often, but when you've gotta have 'em, you've gotta have 'em, and it's better to have 'em than not. I guess you riveted it back in the same place. I thought there was a lot of slack to the handle, but it works. Great job, Joe.
Thank you. There is a lot of slack but that is how it was originally. These rivet guns may not used daily but when needed, well like you said.
