Dear Dr.My eye pressure of L eye 21 n R eye 22, My Doctor had suggested to me for Glaucoma eye field test n I had gone for that test also but I was not satisfied with the test.
Dr.prescribed me a combination of Timolol +Brimodine 2twice a day.n Brimoprost 1 drop at night
continued for year
Meanwhile my eye become too red n itchy
I stopped the medicine for a month n regularly checked my NCT i.e. always under 20.
Now I continue my medicine or discontinue.

Thank you Dr Saheb for such a valuable information.. I am currently suffering from glaucoma and having following doses on daily basis 1) Synca LS(Brinzolamide and Brimonidine) (tds 7am - 1pm - 7pm), 2) Raiki(Netarsudil) 8 pm 3) Bimat-T (Bimatoprost) 9 pm.
I am having sedation in the morning as well as after noon and it normally last for 3-40 min each in morning as well as afternoon. Its very pronounced after 1 pm dose. I tried stopping the afternoon drops for a week's time and I found no sedation. Can you suggest me to stop the afternoon dose or any other alternative to avoid sedation. Further the Synca LS leaves a whitish cream on my eyelids as well on the white portion of the ball. I accompany ecotears 4 times a day. Can you suggest taking Simbrinza eye drop in place of Synca LS. Further my corneal thickness is also less than 500. Please advice

Frst time using Travaprost 40 microgram last night. Today morning both eyes are reddish , blood vessels are engrossed/ dilated , never had reddish eyes like this.

From Assam.. Glaucoma.. Use ganfort drops ..duo2drops.. Reiki drops from last 6months ..but pressure is not control.. 26.three months ago 22..doctor suggested trabeculetomy surgery.... I want to know that is this surgery helpful for pressure control. Or non predictable.. Plz..

My wife had high IOP. But there was no damage to Retina or FOV. As a initial treatment Dr Did surgery to opening the drain hole. No Improvement. For number of years, she was on different drops like Timolol Dorzolamide, Combination of DORZOX -T etc, but there was no improvement in IOP. Her Retina Examination and FOV tests did not show any adverse impact over these 4-5 years. Finally one of the Dr was feeling that Drops were doing harm rather than giving benefit. He did a test every hour for 10 Hrs. Pressure was consistent over the period. In the mean time we had to move to another city. There one of the Doctor after studying the entire background, eye examination, Retina scan and FOV tests, stated that some patients do have high IOP and they do not have Glucoma. They just need to keep getting Eye tests done at regular intervals between 6 to 12 months. But each time we go to any doctor, they prescribe Drops which cause problems. What best can be done?
