No heavy exercise & weight lifting. Koi aisa sports nhi jisse chot lage Agar dubar Chot lagi toh problem ho sakti hai.
Sir mai 65 year ki catract surgery ky baad meri roshni puri thi doctor ny retina may thori si swelling sy steroid injection diye jis sy glucoma ho gya surgery ki but dekhaye clear nhi ha am worried hu ki dusri akh may to nhi hoga but oos ki roshni puri ha koi trouble nhi ha

Han bhai mereko bhi yahi btaaya hai but main abhi dawai nahi le rha hoon mujhe lagta hai ek -2 aur doctor se confirm hone ke baad he hume drop lena chahiye kyunki drop ke side effects bhi hain.
