In 2013, he was appointed to be NYSAR Chair of Fair Housing and Culture Diversity Committee, Also the same year, He was awarded LIBOR YPN Top 20 under 40award.
In 2014 he was appointed to be a Chair of LIBOR Chair of Fair Housing and Culture Diversity Committee
2015 Graduated NAR Leadership Academy 2015, he was the first graduate from New York State.
