Your gifted!
your so funny. LOL
@@HomegrownPassion I tried that didn't work?
Hello
Yes your sure gifted
That’s the cleanest green house I’ve ever seen.
Thanks but I think it’s pretty messy. I’m planning on cleaning it this week for my next video.
Good to see it getting warmer over there, thanks for the video. Congratulations to the videographer and editor, good slick production.
Glad you enjoyed it
good nice
Thank you
Ok, no laughing please. I replayed the section on the vine bobbins 4 times and each time I heard “Crab King” as the vendor you purchased them from. 😂 I figured it out though. What a find! I’ll be using “Crop King” in the future. Thanks!!!
Lol. Them know we sent you and they will take great care of you.
Crop King is awesome, but their shipping prices are more than a little outrageous. Katy is lucky she lives so close to them.
Sorry to hear that. I didn't know they were high.
@@contmangeryou weren’t kidding about the shipping cost. I tried to order a sample of Bato box covers (6) and 8 of the bobbins. Less than $10 for the order. The shipping cost turned out to be almost $20 for UPS ground. 😮 Had to cancel the order and go elsewhere.
I was surprised to see the amount of leaves that you remove from your tomatoes. Your vines are loaded with beautiful tomatoes.
Yes, you can remove all leaves up to 11 segments down. Remove in 3 not all at once or you will stress the plants... wait a couple of days between pruning if you have lots to do
Great video electrician Katy.😊
Glad you liked it!

Great Video as always! Thanks for sharing and I am still waiting to buy my Home Grown Passion T-Shirt...lol
I still need to work on that. Would be cool to add some merchandise.
I was still watching the video when i commented and omg I loved the recycle light thing as I have done one before but I bought a kit from Home Depot. I had no idea that was all you had to do. Thank you!

It's really easy. so easy I can do it. LOL IM going to convert all my florescence lights as soon as they start giving me trouble.
Referring to my question in an earlier video, I now saw that you indeed lower and LEAN the vines. Cheers.
I tried to show that for you. Glad you saw!
LOL@@HomegrownPassion
Kebun yang sangat bagus...Tanamannya tomat berbuah lebat dan hasil bagus sekali 👍👍
Yes thank you!
Everything you guys grow look so great! Well done on the rewired fixture!
Thanks so much! Going to try and show more of the maintenance side to the greenhouse in the future. Thank you for watching!!
Very nice!
Thanks for the visit
Hi you so nice you very beautiful farmer girl you're so smart girl
Always learning something watching your videos. I've been working with crop king to get our green house setups put together. Thanks for sharing.
That’s great. I’m glad you’re watching and supporting the channel. Keep me updated with your greenhouse. Congrats.
wunnerful
This was a great video Ty for posting! Could you do one all about peppers? Curious how they go start to funish
OK will do
Great video ❤.
Thank you! Glad you liked it.
😍😍😍😍😍
Hey Thank you for the awesome video and information...I am sorry if i missed it but what variety of Tomato is that?
Rebelski from Johhny Seeds. Glad you liked the video
Great video. I have so many questions.
1. You had T5 lights and are replacing them with florescent bulbs. Would I be correct in saying that both T5s and florescent bulbs are only for non-fruiting plants?
2. How do you heat your greenhouse? Are you in a warm area?
3. I haven't checked your other videos, but do you do vertical hydroponics as well? Which do you prefer?
Anyway, I'm going to go through your videos. I've had an outside garden for 20 years and really love the idea of hydroponics, since it allows you got grow food year round.
I replace the T5 with LED. I heat my greenhouse with NG and I have a wood boiler backup. I prefer NFT channels just easier for me.
Enjoy the rest of the videos if you have more questions ask away!!!
What was the estimated cost of upgrading your fixture to LED and where can you buy those lights? Are they special growing LED's?
each bulb was 11 bucks there are 6 bulbs. As a general recommendation, choose a full spectrum grow light with a color temperature in the blue range (5,000 - 7,000K) to promote vegetative growth and choose a color temperature in the red range (3,500 - 4,500K) to promote fruiting and flowering. These are being used in the nursery channel, so we want vegetative growth. The bulb life is 50,000 hours.
How many buckets / feet over are you laterally training your tomato's down before you let them shoot up the bobbins?
So, as I lean and lower the tomatoes stems just follow around the end of the buckets. By the end of the year, they are 50 + feet long. I lower in a clockwise direction.
@@HomegrownPassion wow so you just let them keep going and manage to still have such a clean and orderly setup. Very impressive. Thank you for taking the time to respond.

I just tried to use your website and it’s all in Spanish, is that correct?
Oh NO. I have to look it shouldn't be in Spanish. Thanks for letting me know
led temperature 4000k?
Probably 6000k to 6500K, also full spectrum is preferred.
What @kevinmiller5467 said.

We prefer Persian or Lebanese cucumbers
The main difference between Persian and English cucumbers is the size - Persian cucumbers typically range from five to six inches, while English cucumbers have an average length of 12 inches. There is a very slight difference in taste, but since English cucumbers also have virtually no seeds, they're interchangeable with Persian cucumbers.
How come your daughter is never seen in the videos again?
She stopped being in the video a few years ago
