- Hi Everyone,
I decided to take a break from learn some Christmas tunes to learn this special arrangement of Shania Twains 90s hit "You're Still the One" I hope you enjoy it as much as I did learning it.
This channel is meant as a hub for my journey to learning Harp. I started in December of 2020 as a hobby. Mainly looking to observe progress but if you enjoy the pieces that's wonderful as well.

Wow this was great!
Thanks!
Awesome
Thanks
You have made excellent progress and I enjoyed your performance of "You're Still the One." I have been playing since January 2022 and you have inspired me to continue my harp journey. Kudos!
Thanks so much! I'm noticing some improvements and a lot of things to work on but I'm really enjoying it. I hope you are too! You're almost at a year, happy 1 year anniversary (almost!)
@@derekharpson Thanks. I am enjoying my progress. It doesn’t “hurt my brain” as much as it once did to try read notes and find the corresponding strings. Logically, I know it will take time to become proficient. My harp teacher is wonderful. She continually says I need to give myself grace.
Soo good! I love the video of the older couple throughout.. brings it home. ❤

@@derekharpson my pleasure!
Loved it!

I wondered what that was going to sound like on a harp, but you nailed it.
Thanks so much, it's a really fun arrangement to play.
