      Same Goes For Some Spots in the Other States, Every State Has Bad Areas. For Nj Usually The Bad Areas are By Major Cities in the Other 2 States, In North East Nj is Bad Because it's Near New York City, South West NJ is Somewhat Bad Because it's Near Philadelphia, The Rest of NJ is Beautiful.

      What a dumb comment
      People think NJ is just Newark
      NJ west is mainly beautiful farmland
      NJ south we have the ocean beach life
      NJ north east we have the cities
      New Jersey nick name is The Garden State because it offers a million beautiful ways of living
      Aaaaand its close enough to NYC
      We have the best of both worlds
      Hence why it’s very expensive to live in NJ

    he used to let me ride atvs there, great family, their store is packed full of some of the most delicious things you can imagine. a true working farm

      @@jaxxbrat2634 Yes it is subjective but what I'm arguing is NJ's favors bad policies which forces towns to make units of "affordable housing" and that beautiful farm in the video can be designed for it
