Seriously gutted about Smith Rowe, but I dont blame him...
Unfortunate but he’s not shown why he should play for a club on the up. He played his part but we need better players in now

As much as I love ESR it’s the right decision for the club and the player, he needs to play regularly to explore the potential he has and the club has been sentimental for too long, need to make decisions that’ll benefit the club. I hope they insert a buyback clause.

Our best players always force an exit meaning the deals never meaningfully benefit the club and we never willingly sold a star player because of our arrogance thinking we are one of the best teams in the world when we haven't competed at the top since 2006

As an arsenal fan, you could show them some more respect. Maybe you just hopped on the bandwagon when we started playing well, but both Nketiah and Nelson have won us games at times. Show our local lads some respect.

A few years ago, (last year for Nelson), they had run down their contract and were about to leave Arsenal for FREE. Kudos to Arsenal for generating profit on their these 3 academy players.

Re-signing youth players just to get a bigger transfer fee later on will earn Arsenal a bad reputation and future youth will be more wary to sign contracts at Arsenal.

@JB88squared for now saka is clear. Saka had been good for 3 years now at ALL levels. Let's see if Palmer can do it for at least 2 more seasons. Consistency has to be a factor here too. If Palmer doesn't put up at least 15 GA this season it's a disappointment. The bar has been set high.

It’s because he came from the academy so the attachment is different. I remember watching videos of him at 14 destroying kids and to see him make it to the first team hit a little harder than just another signing.

Great news. If Arsenal want to win the Champions League and Premier League they need to be ruthless with sales. Those 3 aren't good enough for those two trophies. Hopefully Arsenal will buy Gyokeres then Jesus can be cover for Saka. Arsenal will just need a midfielder then. Mikel Merino sounds like a decent one. Zinchenko and Kiwior just need to be sold for Arteta's rebuild to be complete. Just needs to win one of the big two trophies now.

Smith Rowe needs to stay and Viera needs to leave. Smith Rowe is similar to Ross Barkley in that he will be much better when he's older. He has zero personality and always plays it safe. He needs less robotic football & a proper run of games. Nketiah is just as average as Jesus so i am not sure he need to leave. Nelson is not a bad back up. It's not like we have a deep squad and even though they might not be good enough to start we need to rotate.
