Iv'e been playing manual since 2015, racked up hundred's of hours (Iv'e been playing assisted since the ISS days in 1997, then changed to manual in 2015) it makes the game so much better - the only problem I have is that it limits the importance of players stats. It would be good if Konami took more time with the manual side of the game, so even if you are on point with a pass, the worse players still sometimes misplace it etc. What's great about manual is, it forces you to really get used to your (off the ball) player's movements when looking for a pass to make, much more than when things are assisted. When you get more in tune with the players movements you make passes into channels and area's you wouldn't have thought of otherwise - full manual is really fun.
Being new to soccer, I feel like this is overall better than FIFA. It's beautifully made. Can't wait for it to come out. I'm learning to play better from your videos. ✊🏾
What a goal by Dalbert ... the best goal of the PES2019 demo by far ... and well played manual v assisted, and changing tactics in PES is important and you do see it paying off, stamina is a big plus this year :)
The PES demo is the most impressive i've played much better than 18 imo , i think it's not having the catch up mechanics and the grass looks beautiful , Konami always gets the player models right , EA's aren't bad but they still look odd . I'm buying PES 19 , even alot of Fifa fanboys are looking at PES because EA really haven't done much to career mode , the UEFA licensing is just a skin i didn't miss it while i played Fifa 18 so EA are in real trouble .

I've had countless games against the AI where you have 21 shots and only score 4 goals the AI have 5 shots score 4 goals lol it's so unbalanced , EA never get the gameplay right .
i would agree with only the last thing you've pointed out, the movement certainly looks better, but the overall gameplay, presentation, and especially graphics - it's all on pes side i'll probably stick to fifa anyway, since i've always been a "career" guy, and this mode is way better in fifa than in pes best pes career mode was in 2010

What a match! i was entertained throughout the whole game thx to Manual (i play the same online and offline) my only complaint is that you can't do the slightest/shorest passes, so its even worst playing manual that way because like you said the minimum error and you lose the ball, and of course it's a nightmare playing manual in tight spaces. FIFA has this and it makes playing Manual a better experience by far.
when pes 2019 will come out i have a suggestion: make a series where you play your subscribers who are on steam of course, make a steam group ttb , cheers (Y)

This has been EA's problem for YEARS. They have turned the game 100% automatic which is killing the Gameplay. Honestly, I would switch to PES but I feel the thru ball is not that great on Manual compared to EA's. If Konami can fix the Manual thru ball pass to be like EA's I would switch right away to PES and not look back. The only thing keeping me on EA right now is offline career mode and Pro Clubs for Full Manual play. Props to TrueBits for showing REAL SKILL in footballing gaming. THIS is the way to go. If anyone wants to play me on Fifa18 full manual Im Goonersoldier on PS4 in North East USA.
impressive skills for full manual online against assisted.. I could never do that and i think I'm good at PES. I could never play full manual because I miss to many simple passes. I wouldn't mind trying full manual against other manual players though.
hey TTB, just now I was playing manaco vs Sao Paulo and in that match I came across a "fatigue" case.Rony Lopes of Monaco was complaining to be substituted but I tried playing him to see if he gets injured or not but unfortunately the final whistle blew. I have a clip if you need.
If PES 2019 Online on PC is slick - then it's a purchase for me. Only reason I haven't bought PES for years specifically because online was a bit of a mess. Especially since FIFA 'Be a Pro / Pro clubs' Online has barely changed in 4 years... PES could steal sooooo many players if they upped their game in this area imo.

It's just the left stick! It is not that difficult to dribble! Do not make big movements with the left stick if you want to make small movements with your player. There is a learning curve. Just practice ;) I can dribble with Messi like he is doing in real life. Destroying teams just with Messi online lol.
In fifa I can tolerate playing against assisted because it's only semi and assisted players and you can choose which of these yous want to play against but in pes is stupid because of so many assist levels and you dont even know who you're gonna get, I cannot set to play against only level 1 assist, I have to randomly play level 3 players mostly and some level 1 or 2 that show up from time to time. Being a manual player I'd be happy playing against level 1 players because trying to find other manuals is not pretty.
Ryan Kwong , true mate. It's really frustrating since I am doing the transition from fifa to pes and I was used in fifa to score headers . I know it's a different game but I am not sure if this is an issue with the demo and will be patched once the game releases or i just need to time it .
its unfair to play with manual against any type of assisted pass theres much difference besides in manual you depend much on your own play skills cuz you dont want to waste the attack with a silly pass I tried it and I felt its nt comfortable with attacking at all
If only the level of precision afforded by manual controls gave good players an advantage. Unfortunately the assists are just way overpowered. There is just no reward for mastering manual when you come up against good players using assists.
Pass support lol 3 konami makes for players who are stupid don't know and don't understand how to play football in general. So computer plays for them and konami makes money.it should be manual and lvl1 and that's it. 30% of players will not know how to play.
