Day 1: 6.4 Litres (1.8 Gallons) of Eagle Rare getting a second round of aging.
How will the lower alcohol % be impacted by the aging process?
Will this be considered a #doubleoaked ?
This is my first ‪@badmotivatorbarrels2273‬ project and first round with a goal of long term aging.
What pitfalls await me? Is this even a good idea or am I just risking some great whisky? Advice welcome because I have no idea what i'm doing - but the goal is all about learning whilst doing.
