I remember watching this as a tiny child in Leeds. Now I'm all grown up & where has the time gone?
still makes me smile, now 51 years old. Guys and Dolls, my absolute favorites when I was 13 till 15.

I remember watching them on top of the pops, I even had the white suit with different coloured blouses and the marching flower on the very large lapel. Now I'm 62, where did the time go.....
A fascinating clip and amazing to find Biddu buried among the footage. He had a major roel in promoting UK produced disco hits by Carl Douglas and Tina Charles that became worldwide hits in the mid 70s.

Just found this clip. I was at this show at London Weekend. Brings back great memories. I was sitting near the front to the left of the stage.
I was there too, but not very close to the stage.

I was 4 years old and the biggest fan ^^. I remember this show. My parents let me stay up late to watch it. My sister who's 10 years older recorded this show with a microphone to her tape recorder. We've played that cassette till it wore out 😂. So great to find the show online! Oh time.. where did you go?

Hi, this opening sequence rushed me back to some uplifting times going to see GnD in concert. (Kept me off the streets of Brum!) I didn't see this special as it didn't air in Midlands. Going to 'Live' gig always better. In fact my penfriend and I went to the Night Out in Brum every night! You were all very generous with your fans - lots of pics with you....backstage Pebble Mill, Night Out for a whole week - good venue - intimate. Happy and healthy 2015,

I am going to be controversial here. It always strikes me when I watch this, and I know plenty have substantial reasons to detest him, but David Van Day never looked happier than he did here.
Because he was young, naive, and just wanted to entertain, it was later when he turned into an ass hole, and it wasn't until 1977 that DVD became a cunt and left the band taking Thereza with him, also Dominic just loved himself with the chest hair and medallion like a 70's porn actor, and Paul was not a great singer as you can tell during his solo on Love Train.
You tube you should remove the message that DARRIN HAUXWELL has entered here because of the fouled mouth words in here it's been there a long time and you have not seen it or just decided it is not worth removing worst swear word ever.
David van Day seriously didn't keep his good looks, he looks terrible today 😱
Gill Davis David was so jealous that Dominic and martine got more telly time than him , and once he was thrown out he became a horrible human being , but did love guys and dolls .

The ONLY way to tell who a guy is the shirt unbuttoned and the hairy chest. Some of the guys have longer hair than the dolls 😂
