The hypocrisy is when they use ATS to filter resume it's okay, but they go up in arms when candidates use gpt. It's not the tester but HR or people partner who are actually the enemy. Because humans in general are the worst and they are their representative.

I am from India. They just sack the highest salaried guy first. Your talent and hardwork simply don't matter. Companies think differently, they keep low paid workers and ask them to fill up all the deficiencies by learning them within a time period. That's why 70 hours a week has become a norm, you like it or not. I used to work 12 hours a day, six days a week so that wasn't an issue for me. The situation is complicated and unique in every company but the bottom-line is, you have to save on human resources for the stakeholders, which is fair enough.
If you don't know about the field, don't preach; this misleads a lot of the public. Stop misinformation for ad /sponsor money. Don't wear a turban while you are putting under the bus.
