Did you guys do pre recorded bass? I want to do open mics and small shows but i assume no one would be ok with pre recorded bass or piano. This was fucking rad btw you guys are amazing. You have the voice of an actual angel dude
@@cook.b6285 looks like they have a laptop with Abelton running sets in the background, with some synth, samples or field recordings (like the dialogue clips with delay) and possibly the bass, maybe some clip automation, click (can't tell). I love Abelton and it's what I would do. Great way to run more tracks for songs when you don't physically have enough musicians to play all the parts at once lol.
@@Aksaarben thanks for the reply. I saw Shelf Life do it on a live performance from his house during covid too. I have logic pro x and was thinking i could do the same but didnt know if it was frowned upon for live performances
@@cook.b6285 Nice! I don’t think it’s frowned upon at all. I make my own music, I sing, play guitar, bass, synth, piano, drums, banjo… but playing live I cannot play all that at once, so Abelton or similar is great. Plus you can program in song transitions like synth pad and stuff while you tune guitar.
Best feeling discovering a new band on this channel yet again. Gotten into some of my favorite music because of this channel. Now Cece Coakley is another one, such a beautiful voice!
Caught Cece in Los Angeles in a cozy little show and was blown away. Went to the show on a whim after a friend canceled plans, listened to her EP and was so pleased to hear how faithful those recordings were. Such a talented performer, and these tracks are so well crafted and written. I'm excited to see her career develop! She's off to such a fantastic start!
Shout out to the bassist, keyboardist and harmony singers, blast to watch them to ;) It does sound great, i just get bummed out hearing instruments being played i can't watch, that's one of the cool things about live shows
hey i totally get this! touring is super expensive as a smaller artist and we gotta make do with what we can do for now & hopefully in the future we can add more members and give it more of a live feel :) thanks for checking us out!
As someone pushing their mid-40's, I catch myself slipping into the "all the music is terrible these days" rabbit hole and performances like these pull me back to reality. Cheers Coakley, cheers Audiotree.
thanks for having me 🥹❤️

I love Cece. I got to see her live when she opened for Medium Build. I can’t wait to see her again.
That sounds like an incredible show from front to back.
