No, it didn't the max RAM capacity is 2gb and the CPU is "Best" chose for the socket.
Yeah, this laptop is not usable these days. 🤣

Well I have a ThinkPad T43p, which is basically like this laptop but maxed out everything and has discrete graphics. Definitely a lot more usable than a Celeron, but it still no longer passes the threshold of usability by today's standards. Lack of SSE3 for Pentium M adds injury to insult, with even the most basic apps like Spotify and Discord no longer running without SSE3!

Seems like this is Pentium M celeron laptop. Yeah at this point even with a maxed out upgrade of a Pentium M 780 and 2GB of RAM it is not gonna be enough for daily driving today. Although in your case having the "cheaper" Radeon Xpress 200M isn't such a bad thing, as the other config comes with 915GM chipset and GMA 900 graphics which does NOT even support Windows Aero! And Xpress 200M would at least mean that this laptop will run Windows 8.1 and 10 as well, whereas GMA 900 does not!

I have one that old oh mine is from 2007 it is still a satellite, but a different model of Toshiba satellite 0:15
