Love this film - seems to be one of the only films that can always make me laugh no matter whats going on in life
That zoom on Gary at
This is one of my favorite movies. It brings back so many memories. I find it horribly underrated and incredibly quotable. It's a shame that it wasn't a box office success (and the critics decimated it), but over the years, it has garnered a cult following. It's not "laugh out loud" hilarious, but it's filled with so many subtle idiosyncrasies and nuances. For me anyway, Bruce Dern stole the show.
One of Tom Hanks best films and the fact Carrie Fisher is in it along with Corey Feldman makes it a smorgasbord of a movie 🍿
I'm sorry, Gary. The zoom in and out with Tom Hanks' screaming lasting so long was WAY hilarious. It's one of my favourite parts.
This is one of my all time favorite movies. Idk how many times I’ve seen it but it’s A LOT. My family still quotes it to this day. We go back and forth with the dialogue. It’s just one of those movies that never gets old
Underrated Cult classic. My favorite Tom Hanks flick. The actors make it feel like your looking at real life not a movie. The small talk. There’s something new you can find every time you watch this.
Oh, come on Gary! I usually agree with you but I really enjoy this movie. It's supposed to be over the top and I think that's why I like it so much. ☺
I always thought Rumsfeld slipped in dog poop when he fell with the hose just like Hans slipped on a Queenie turd while being chased by Rumsfeld at the end.
I loved this film as a kid. I still love it now as an adult. It is one of my favorite films of all time. Highly underrated and a lot of great quotes.
Man I miss Carrie Fisher
The Burbs is just a great Joe Dante adventure comedy ... it is meant to be simply entertaining - and it is....
Oh man, I
I love the pretzel eating part
Even as a jaded adult, I still LOVE this film. Most of the humor still works perfectly, the performances are great and funny, the backlot location is great, as is the goofy suspense and crazy scenarios.
There go the goddamn brownies!

I love this film so much! The dream sequence is my favourite part, particularly when Art comes in dressed as Skip, the crazy soda fountain guy! “hey hey hey! Who ordered the blood shake?! Hey Ray, it's me, Art! you didn't happen to see an ice pick around here anywhere! He he he he! " great film, shame we never got a sequel
This is one of my all time favorite movies. A family favorite actually. I've probably seen it over 100 times lol. Absolute Classic.
Oh man, this is THE most quotable movie of all time. So many golden gems, so many hysterical moments. "So let me get this straight. The Klopeks are offering up Walter as a sort of human sacrifice to Beelzebub, is that it? That's one of the theories, yeah."
