Since you fabricate you can build your own sliding overhead ceiling gantry crane. And buy a good affordable hoist from harbor freight. It will work for a lot of things in a shop like taking bodies off, moving frames, pulling engines etc
Could probably print off a pdf of the kit layout and make it numbered, lettered. Like D1,D2,D3 etc for drivers side starter front to back then provide the paper in with the kit
