The first house: The interior of the house looks like it was built in the late 60s/e 70s but not older than that!! Barnet is a nice area but not sure about the house though....no character!!! The second house is in Hampstead, also a nice area but the house is not that great. It needs a lot of work to make it into a livable family home!

我住緊間屋前主人喺屋裡過世，完全唔覺有問題。其實舊屋設計唔同依家D標準，百年前D屋好多廁所、廚房喺屋尾外面。
每個人一定要依照自己的愛好,來買屋，舊屋普通比較堅固，地區比較好，交通方便，花園比較大，英國人比較喜歡住舊屋，説比較有感覺。

维多利亞式舊屋，以前厕所在屋要分隔，以免臭味出來，是沒有冲厕的，浴室係偶然冲凉，富贵人家才有浴室。至怕呢D保護區。

盡量吾好買噴沙或油漆外牆的屋，因為磚太舊無法維修，唯有噴沙，漏水好難check，雅室何須大呢。
要整車位？這屋不可以，因為要向政府申請。政府要剷平踏駁卑揸車入内。這屋裝修費冇100萬港元免問，而且英國裝修預時一年以上。
