You’re almost right about the license plates. The 5/6/7 plates run from *September to February* while the 9/0 plates run from *March to August* :) (e.g. 69 refers to a sep 2019 to feb 2020 car :)). Also, if the plate has more than 2 numbers it’s a custom plate. There are also more appropriate comparisons to 中西區 of Hong Kong in London, such as St Johns Wood and Hampstead. Hammersmith is also a nice place to live, but i would rate it as similar to 東區 instead (I lived in South Ken/Earls court for 4 years :))
The summer time weather in London start from the mid of April to Sept. Nearly 5-6 months good weather and winter time is not too cold near Zone 1 & 2 which suit to HK people. North part of UK ( Manchester, Liverpool &..) are very cold and wet which not suitable for people from hot cities or countries.
Suggest you do more research before giving advice to your YT followers. Hammersmith and Uxbridge are ok areas but definitely not on par with Happy Valley.
