Thanks for the awesome ideas. I have many ideas in mind for a commuter sized bus or an airport shuttle bus. Rustic/shabby chic with a little bit of Moroccan vibe. Maybe even a touch of Hawaii! Who knows. But I’m definitely saving this video just to have the ideas on hand!

I love the rustic cabin look for the interior, most of all I love the cabinet doors on the Valeriebus I am a 30+ year custom cabinet maker, I want to do that style out of white cedar with a reddish stain and do a hammered copper inlay with a black accent and make my own pulls out of copper as well. perhaps a black accent on the rope trim, too many ideas to list but will certainly share when I do them would love to swap ideas and share my knowledge of woodworking. Looking forward to future videos
After buying our bus, insuring it, registering it and starting it's conversion, we have decided this is not the route for us. We've loved all if the videos we have watched and the ideas are fabulous. Some downright ingenious. That being said, we have decided to make the bus instead, into a farm truck to transport animals and feed (about 2.5 tons per month currently) as we just bought 35 acres in Oklahoma. We have decided instead of the bus, weareconverting the box truck instead. More headroom (I'm 6'2") and places for my medical equipment (DAV). Anyone passing through Oklahoma and desiring a rest stop, the invitation is open :) Still going to follow though :)
I would also love to see some modern designs. The rustic interiors are lovely but for me personally they are more suited to a place you would visit for a long weekend like a B&B rather than live in full time. I can't imagine how much time it takes to keep all the charming "clutter" clean. I am such a minimalist I don't thing I could bring myself to add anything after the floor / walls / ceiling were in and I could see all that beautiful space.

Same Page Thinking.. that should be the title of my series of videos when I begin. We purchased a bus last week and pick it up later this week (it's 19SEP18 as of this comment). The cool thing is the design we have in mind so closely matches these "rustic" interiors. It's nice to know the ideas we have other people already had them and they look awesome! What if the interior wood were made to look like a log cabin? With rough rounded boards and an interlocking sort of pattern at the corners... hmm... gonna draw this out right now :-) Love your videos!
I need help understanding how to do the electrical stuff for my bus. Do I need more than one battery and if so would I need one for each "room"? How do I connect the electrical stuff to the batteries without having wires all over the place? Do I need to contact someone or is it easy enough to do it myself? Love your channel btw :) It has definitely inspired me to continue pursuing my dream of living in a skoolie.

Question: I’d like to know how you do your hair? Do you ever need a blow dryer? And I’m always going to wear makeup. I have great products that have sunscreen and provide ongoing moisture. How do you do yours? I don’t think you wear a lot but maybe some.

I would also love to see some modern designs.
