You know your body best sweetie, so do what you need to do so you can feel better! I’m on meds for fibromyalgia pain, so I know about side effects from medications. You have a wonderful life and family, so concentrate on that. You also have all of us who love and support you, so never forget that. YAY for a new dishwasher! You deserve that and so much more. For me personally I have done better without my antidepressants. I’ve been off of them for over five years. I made a lifestyle change. I started eating whole food plant based. It’s been great. Prayers for you. I just found your channel the other day and I’m trying to back watch your other videos. I love all the work y’all have done on the old double wide. You and your husband have a talent for making a house a home. I can’t wait to see what you do with the new double wide. Prayers and blessings for your move this week❤

Courtney, it’s always nice when you share from your heart you have the sweetest spirit and it’s always a joy to listen to you. My prayers are that you will find what works for you. If it’s medication that’s OK if it’s not that’s OK too,just do what’s best for you and your family.😊. When your oldest daughter was sitting there by you on the couch, it was like twins, you two look so much alike. I love hearing those belly laughs also, it's proof they are happy and loved. Also, I thought it was perfect timing...when you were cleaning and rearranging the decor on your entertainment center, you held up the lil house that said "lets stay home"...and the song playing was saying...I wanna go home...anywho. .I know I weird, kk, I'm gonna finish watching the video now😊😊😊

I know its hard, when my aunt got off her meds it was really hard she had all the things you have the restlessness and trouble sleeping also back pain. It does get better and will go away! For my anxiety at night I do little things that make a world of difference, reading just a little of Gods word morning and night helps so so much, praying, if your hubby doesn’t mind the sounds I put on the tv very low the ocean and also the rain sounds, it’s on RUclips and I use the black screen ones it puts me to sleep right away! I also have a bottle of pure lavender oil by my bed I even carry one in my purse and whenever my brain starts to over think and I feel the anxiety coming on I smell the oil and put on my wrist and it helps so much! I just wanted to share with you, it really helps when you find thangs that distract your mind from going negative. I have been to the hospital a few times having severe anxiety attacks thinking I was dying and they would run all kinds of test on me just to be told I was having anxiety attacks it’s no joke I know! But it’s been a few years that I haven’t had those attacks because I take the calming steps that I learned work for me they still come on but I stop them in their tracks!
Yes I’ve had the ER tell me the same thing a couple times, anxiety attacks will really make you feel like you are dying of a heart attack its scary, but i will try some of the things you named off that helps you because i really feel like i can take control over this if i try hard enough but I’m tapering off of the medicine slowly so that its not a huge shock to my body, thanks for being here supporting me girl 😊
A baby’s laughter is the best sound ever! I love that lemon tree. Enjoy your dishwasher! I currently don’t have one and look forward to the day I do again. Those hip chip ice cream sandwiches are so good. I’ll definitely write down your dumplings recipe when you share that. I’ve been wanting to make it. I grew up on the Sweet Sue canned ones and when I got it recently, it was awful.

I really enjoy watching your videos. You're so open and genuine. I'm sure a lot of people find it comforting knowing that someone else is going through a lot of the same struggles they are. I know I can relate. I've started seeing an online therapist that's helping me work through things. Buried traumas come to light in a lot of different ways that we may not be aware of. This is what I'm experiencing anyway. I'm sending love and hugs your way.

I'm not saying some people don't need medication but sometimes doctors prescribe things too quickly. It's okay to feel all the feelings! We are human! The key is to feel them and then move forward and focus on our blessings. Do you have a PO box you can share? I can't wait to see the playroom. I'll be over to play in the kitchen!😊.

Congratulations on getting a new dishwasher!!!! I absolutely love your channel Courtney. You are so down to earth, I like that. I know what you mean by a niche on RUclips. I've noticed that RUclips seems to be pushing out small channels (such as mine) more than they used to. Yes it helps when you have regular viewers tuning in.
I was going to also give a tip for the dishwasher if that's okay. I make sure I rinse off my dishes really good before putting the dishes in it. I do use a pod in my dishwasher, I mainly use the dishwasher to sanitize the dishes. I do have a couple of shorts and videos on it.
It just helps the dishwasher last longer and cleaner.

I agree with you about the Walmart pork chop coating- and did you know the Shake and Bake doesn't include the shaker bags in the box anymore? Yes mam start going to church or even watch it on tv channel 14 TBN they will even pray with u over the phone thrr we y have a 24 hr prayer line sometimes they even have cartoons for the kids an movies

Another suggestion journal every day that alone will ill help with depression or anxiety... Your thoughts for the day positive and negative. Then read s devotional... You will sleep better your mind will be feeling more relaxed. Deep breathe I know that you can do this without medication... You can control you.. I'm glad you are happy and just take one day at a time. God has your back.. Yay a dishwasher

Girl, I had the same reaction with taking Pristiq. Antidepressants can make you feel horrible. I’ve dealt with depression and anxiety for about 18 years, but I’m at the point too where I want to come off all of it. Relearn who I am, maybe I’m better without medicine. Good luck on your journey.

If you ever do decide to get back on the antidepressants here is advice : drink a ton of water the pills dehydrate , also walk 30 min a day , also eat small meals throughout day even if split up . This may be what you do anyway so disregard if already did lol . I love your channel and you know your own body and what works❤. 😊

So proud of you girly! Stopping the meds is the first step. ❤ they cause so much other issues. I was on them then I needed an anxiety med for the racing heart then I needed another med for an anxiety med side effect. So I was like nope I’m done. I feel so much better without them.
Yes girl I agree! I am feeling so much better and happier I feel like the medicine was making more depressed and anxious than anything even after being on it almost a year it just wasn’t worth it to me anymore! 🤦♀️

Courtney you talk on it I'm glad that I listened I know I'm quite bit older than you but being on anxiety and depressional medicine for the last year it is always nice to hear other people's side of it and what they're going through if it's getting better if it's getting worse because when it comes to stuff that's wrong with our bodies it's nice to hear people talk about it because you learn something I'm not saying what's going on with you was the same with me but people learn stuff that's how you learn you start finding out what's wrong with you is when you hear symptoms of people talking about this and it's not and you're like I wonder if that's my problem? And that's how I found out that I needed it cuz I was telling my sister I said I'm feeling this way and feeling this way and I said I think it's menopause and when I gave her all the descriptions of it and she said I think you've got anxiety issues well anxiety that's all she said and I went to doctor describe to her and she said yes and she said depression and I don't like to admit depression you know what I'm saying but when you really honestly answer the questions on the paper they give you it was some and mainly because I was injured and not able to work like I used to with some of my depression but also it's just something I was going through and still got a loving husband life is great but I love to spend time with people outside my house but I really always want to be at home and I didn't used to be this way ever I mean I'm 50 years old now and I want to be home if we go somewhere I want to go do what we do and get home I don't want to stay the night nowhere you know it's just I want to come home different sides of everything different versions of what life gives us life is something else that's all I can say and it's changed so much I wish I would have listened to my mom more when I was younger but life is definitely like a can of worms they will come out when they come out some will not it's just but I enjoy listening to you regardless of your age your experience is different and it's still knowledgeable so you talk on❤

Just keep an eye on your feels when you come off of the meds. Be self-aware, and if someone who knows you well sees a change, listen. Only wants what is best for your mental health. Girl you are so amazing, and those babies are so precious. You had me cracking up about the garlic. What are you doing with your life if you don't use garlic LOL. And yes you have to take care of your mental health. I know you don't want to take medication but maybe they could give you something for anxiety only. Play you know your body best. You are so funny and sweet I love your little family. And you're hilarious. But like I told you before your mental health and your family comes first if you have to not record for a couple of weeks will still be here. I changed my eating and that has helped my depression/ anxiety more than any medicine ever has. I'm off all medication and starting to feel better. I eat carnivore, it has helped me start healing. I have a lot of weight to lose. But the most significant thing is my body is starting to heal. Look up Dr. Ken Berry, his wife Neisha Berry, and Dr. Anthony Chaffee. It took me a year to jump on this way of eating, it has changed my life for the better
I will definitely look it up today! I meant to say in the video I’ve been replacing taking the medicine with drinking more water and cutting back on junk food and exercising and I have felt so much better the last couple days besides when my anxiety hits me from dosing down but I got like that this morning and got up and exercised this morning for about 20 mins and it instantly made my anxiety stop so I’m making good progress so far 😊🫶
Woohoo in my 55 years of life I’ve never lived in a house with a dishwasher, it’s been manual labour my entire life and even now that I have chronic pain I still do everything manually. I really hope it makes your life easier.❤

Yes I'm being a lazy bum catching up on all your vids today 😂 Girl if that med is making you feel bad get off it. Fully get that. I stopped going to rheumatology because they honestly don't do much for you and the med they put me on for RA almost killed me. Low dose chemo. Dear God. Hair fell out even my eyelashes, constant vomiting and it ate a hole in my stomach so bad I'm lucky it didnt start hemorraging. Constant pain and flare ups and developed my first bone deformity in my left thumb on the med 😂 its a joke. Stopped it a little over a yr ago and feel 100x better! You know your body. Good luck and give your body time to adjust. Praying for you! ❤❤🙏🙏
Yes girl I’m on a really low dosage this week tapering off of it and I have not had one single headache in over a week since I dosed down on that antidepressant and I’ve had more energy and have been happier so I’m hoping I don’t need to get back on an antidepressant and can just be me 🙏

I feel like you’re doing the right thing. You definitely need to let your doctor know you have suffered from chronic headaches your entire life, that away if you do decide later on, then she can determine which one based off that. And I’m super thankful you didn’t do just like me and wake up one day and decide I’m done with this med and took myself off cold turkey. I didn’t know the severity and danger of doing that. But girl I quickly learned and at that point I was like well, you might as well finish the process. 😅 I’m horrible about doing that though. I will get sick of being on so many meds and just stop taking them. I’ve learned my lesson though. ❤

@@HomeSweepHome be thankful he did because it was like the worst kind of flu a person can have, and my bones felt like they were broke they hurt so bad. I had just went through chemo for Breast Cancer, and had started recouping from that when I was just tired of medications. I was on 17 different meds, plus like 6 vitamins and I had had enough. 😂 Gosh I paid the price for that. In my mind, nothing could be as bad as chemo, but girl was I wrong! 😑

So excited you are getting a dishwasher!! I am also being wined off of my depression meds, my doctor also cut it in half and I'm nervous because I have been on them for over 20 years. I love listening to the girls laugh like that, I love baby laughs!!
My anxiety has been worse this morning but I read that that’s normal when dosing down on antidepressants so I’ve just been keeping myself busy like I got up and worked out when I was feeling anxious and it put me in a better mood 🫶

Look at Corelle dishes! Lightweight and very hard to break. Walmart has them. Amazon probably has a larger selection. Love mine.
I second Corelle dishes. I had some 30 years ago when I first got married. Got rid of them because I thought I wanted some fancier ones, but no one in my household liked the new ones. Needless to say, I bought plain white ones a few years ago and I am so happy I went back to them. They truly are the best. Have you thought about talking with your OBGYN to see if your anxiety and depression could just be hormone related? Might be worth a shot. I hope you find something that helps you feel better. You make my day I’m here with my frenchie he just turned two years old last month and my husband’s at work and you make my day. I always spend the day with my dad but he passed away 2years ago so it gets so lonely. But God is so good that he lived to 97years old. But please speak to your doctor before you make a decision Courtney about your medication. I’m 65 years old and I been suffering with depression and anxiety but I do not want no kind of medication. I pray a lot. But it’s very hard cause many days I cry and feel so sad. But I’m dealing with it.😊So happy for you that you’re getting a dishwasher. I been doing my dishes all my life. Lol😂 but I really don’t mind cause it relaxing me. Your babies are so adorable and that beautiful laugh. Your dinner looks so delicious. God bless and see you in your next video!!!❤

Sorry I missed your surveys, been very busy here. We just got the bottom of the kitchen walls re-skimmed today, we're going to be getting board and batten installed there, not looking forward to the sanding beforehand though 😫. How's your new candle warmer working out, is the scent dispersing well? The kids made me giggle too, typical, all the toys they have, and they're highly amused by a ball being kicked around 😂. Dinner looked good, I hope Kyle ate his veggies. Looking forward to the next installment ❤.

I truly believe you made a good decision not to take this medication anymore. I realize that when I was on my depression medication after a while it seemed as though it was doing more harm than helping me. I started a morning routine to read my Bible and a woman motivational books. I still have my days and moments but praying to God daily is what gets my though it all. Keep God first and pray and you will be just fine. ❤❤🙏🏽🙏🏽

Dishwasher yay. I've been on the hunt for new plates for a while. i haven't found the right color and ones that I like yet, I'm picky. I have never checked out plates at Hobby Lobby. Food looks good as usual. I love how your spice jars twist open, can you tell me where you got them.

I have been looking forward to your video today. I think you will be happy off of the medication. I was I listen to music now it calms me down. And the 3’s I look around the room spot 3 different things, listen for 3 different sounds and I move 3 different body parts, and I will listen to my favorite song. Calms me down every time. It gets my mind off of my anxiety.
But I am glad you are getting a dishwasher.
Those girls are absolutely precious and adorable. Listening to them laugh made me smile and I needed that today. It’s been rough with my health. I think I’m dehydrated causing my issues so I got a tumbler that is 2liters. So I’m going to drink that and see how I do I just hope I don’t gain fluid. I hope your grandparents are doing well. I can’t wait to see your future projects.
