None of these jobs are for anyone under GS9 they only allow higher payed individuals to work remotely and that sucks

While it may not be within the "Federal government", one can look at positions within the LOCAL or STATE government. I work for a county hospital as a REMOTE Medical Coder making over $100K. At the end of the day, it's all about receiving a pension and retirement-healthcare, right? 😀
