I did 7 comp matches but this shotgun didnt drop. Shaxx just gave me the handcannon engrams. Where do I get the shotgun?

It should drop straight into your energy weapon slot after completing your placements for comp. Although I've heard that there was issues with the gun so it might be fixed already
