I saw this DVD or video downloaded somewhere back in 2013 or 2014. I saw the parts where he showed the muscle groups and different exercises for those muscle groups. I remember him showing the " bodybuilding bench press" ( Elbows out) and a bodybuilding dumbbell press with the rubber bands. He also demonstrated the wrist roller for forearm development and the shoulder horn for training the rotator cuffs. Also how to do lat rows and pulldowns ( One was towards the belly button and the other one towards the chin). Muscle groups he showed were pecs, triceps, lats, all 3 heads of the deltoid, traps, biceps and forearms. Basically the whole upper body. Where will this video still be?It was in Russian or Ukrainian, the writing of the heading of the video.
Josef Eriksson.......there's a familiar name on youtube, ha ha! I've watched many of your videos you've uploaded. Good stuff! Sorry to hear that video was ruined. That's a rare one! I wouldn't even know where to find that one these days. Might have to ask George, himself, if he has some copies, ha ha! And thanks for checking out my videos. There will be more to come!
