I did some research on squatters rights, and apparently it refers to if someone squats on some property (usually if it’s abandoned), and if they stay there a few years, they have control of the property. So technically, if sugar bear was to gain control of her house via squatting, it either would’ve been abandoned, or if she bought a new house and no one bought her old one. Or if the vacation was for a very long time and she forgot to pay the rent. I don’t know, I just did a quick google search tho
Yes, and you must *openly* be living on the property. If you openly live on a property, get mail there, utilities, whatever, after a period of some months without anyone attempting to remove you there is sufficient evidence that they had abandoned the property and thus it becomes yours. It prevents property abandonment by landlords that buy up housing and try to rent it out at inflated prices nobody can afford
Tbh I think it’s a pretty cool rule. Even in the totally unrealistic fringe scenario of someone moving into your vacation home, frankly if you visit your vacation home so little that someone could live there long enough for squatters rights to kick in, you don’t deserve a vacation home.
Well that’s not how squatters rights are actually used someone stays in someone’s house for a month and when the owner comes back they claim squatters rights then 6 months later for the courts to do anything and 1 more month for them to be evicted

They're fine with right wingers. The only time they say something seriously negative about "the right" is the extreme right. As in the crazy people that no sane person identifies with. Not extreme because of anything other than racism, homophobia, sexism, and or general hate.
I like that these comments, while obviously a little more left leaning, are still completely indecipherable. What the hell was even the stance being made with the sugar bear bit? I don't know but it was funny.
I try to stay out of politics, but what the hell does alt-right mean? Like, an unopinionated definition, please? I googled it but I didn't get much of an answer.
It's more or less a blanket term for people who adhere to far- right extremist views for the sake of social standings, contrarian and reactionary viewpoints. This includes opposing mainstream media as a source of information and using online platforms to produce controversial posts and views. However, similar to most politics, these are generally based off of half truths and biased perspectives. In many circles, such ideologies are considered to be similar to, if not based on white supremacist notions. Though this can range depending on the source.
Benny alt-right is a pretty vague term. It’s a subjective term so it’s hard to get a concrete one (as in more liberal people think that many conservatives are all alt-right but virtually no conservative people don’t identify as alt-right.) Most often it’s sort of conservative ideas but taken to the very extreme, like white supremacy, white nationalism, no-immigration at all, etc.
Benny A media shock term to refer originally to those of the far to extreme right, specifically internet users/personalities who spread edgy/contrarian memes. It bred from Trumps odd conservative platform that ignored many typical conservative ideals, thus being an alternative right wing. It was watered down to basically anyone to the right of the 2016 Democratic Party as a shock tactic via media outlets, we’ll see similar stuff every election
...Currently? Anyone who isn't precisely centre-left can be considered alt-right. Normal right-wingers are called alt-right, nazis, and whatever other ad-hominem you can cook up. There's your real answer. The alt-right is fringe, and nowhere near the supposed threat everyone thinks it is.
I wish they would just come out and actually talk politics one time, no jokes. Just to let people know where they stand. I mean, it's obvious, and I don't think they owe it to us by any means. But I would take so much pleasure in their fashy "centrist" edgelord fans screaming about how they feel "alienated."
I think you should step out of your house once in a while, boyo; it'll be tough, but you'll find out that not everyone in the world thinks like you and that's okay. Hence why there are people on the left, right, and anywhere else on the political spectrum who enjoy Game Grumps. They learned. It's your turn now.
@@melon1522 I don't think he's saying that they're *_all_* like that. I assume he's just referring to the joy you feel when you see those one or two dumbasses getting pissed off at a famous person's opinions not lining up with theirs. This guy doesn't seem to be insulting or assuming the political leanings of all Game Grumps fans, more like he's just saying that there would be a reaction from some people that might be fun to watch. There's definitely no need to be so patronizing about it.
Kat Melon I didn’t say or even remotely insinuate that everyone agrees with me. Also, if you disagree that fascism, racism, transphobia, homophobia, and classism are bad, then that’s not okay. That makes you a bad person, and I’m not sorry for saying that.
I guess it depends on the kind of thing you advocate for. If you aren't careful you might find a rabbit hole that leads you to miss placed hatred of others.
Conservatives generally tend to vote in ways that hurt people (key word being "generally", I'm not saying you in particular). Voting against LGBTQ+ rights, against women's right to bodily autonomy, tax cuts for the rich instead of the poor, blocking any sensible gun laws, against affirmative actions, against socialized health care and education, to name a few. These things hurt people and make their lives worse.
I love this, but also hate it, because they clearly have opinions (the right ones) but they always do some cop out bullshit like "It's just jokes, we don't pick sides." Like they clearly pick sides, stop bullshitting. Just commit. Dan is clearly more centrist but in this political climate centrists of 2014 are now fairly left leaning and Arin's bordering on like "SJW" left (I hate that term). Just alienate the people okay with Nazis, white supremacists, central American concentration camps, and people that don't like equal rights. It's absurd that they're afraid of losing fans for denouncing shitbags, but Pewdiepie calls someone the N word and promotes a Nazi channel and he has a successful campaign to gain even more subs. This bullshit is fucking Twilight Zone levels of ridiculous. I'm not even that far left (I align mostly with Dan and especially when Arin starts his bullshit like he did with the word "psycho") but this stuff is fuckin bananas. And then that Katamari episode (that I only recently saw) where he talks about "bad people" being allowed to be on Twitter and the comments section is a firestorm of "free speech" morons. Twitter doesn't need to give anyone that right. That's not how it works, and if you want an easily accessible platform for Nazis to spread their propaganda, you're a Nazi sympathizer. That's just it. And opinions can be wrong, and today's GOP and their sheep are constant reminders of that.
woah, sounds like you want an echo chamber on all platforms online to shame people with a different opinion than you. thats kinda dangerous, reminds me of communist china or North Korea, eventually with that thinking its just thought policing whether someone is thinking "Correctly" or not.
"the right ones" Oh so unbiased you are. "Just commit" i agree to an extent, if you wanna be political commit,or atleast state stuff in a way that shows who you are . "Just alienate the people okay with Nazis, white supremacists, central American concentration camps, and people that don't like equal rights." While i don't like any of which you listed saying "oh just fuck those people" is not a good way to go about it, Cause all opinions should be heard even if wrong, Think about it:There are a lot of white supremacists, socialists,Nazi'like thinking and SJW's that want everything to be their way,NONE of these are correct yet saying that they should be ignored completely and not discussed is not very good thinking, doesen't mean anything needs to happen, It just needs to be discussed. "Pewdiepie calls someone the N word and promotes a Nazi channel and he has a successful campaign to gain even more subs" This is a really strange sentece,do you mean like that Pewdiepie is bad or are you just trying to put down incorrect info? In anyway to say that Pewdiepie is bad cause he slipped up once and then he recommended a edgy channel is incorrect objectively speaking nobody is perfect, Thus saying somebody is bad cause they aren't perfect would make EVERYBODY atleast somehow offensive, Unless you wanna give me some BS about how you never ever insulted someone or slipped up. "Twitter doesn't need to give anyone that right. That's not how it works, and if you want an easily accessible platform for Nazis to spread their propaganda, you're a Nazi sympathizer. That's just it." Yes twitter does not, But that is being ok with censorship something im heavily against, I never agreed with Nazi ideology but saying they cannot be normal people that use twitter is well strangely ironic: >Nazi's absolutely HATE jews thus they try (nowadays in social media) to exclude them >Nazi's get excluded cause we hate them. Not saying Nazis are good just saying that censorship even in hateful material is not the most "progressive" of ideas ( Progressive:adj.Moving forward; advancing. Doesen't sound like censorig people's views does it?) "And opinions can be wrong, and today's GOP and their sheep are constant reminders of that." You are commited for sure,But very much biased, And being biased when talking about politics is never good. If you wanna know how i am in the political spectrum im basically Centre-Right liberalist. I liked how triggered men got after a razor company implied they could improve somewhat
the sexiest im pretty sure they is the right word there
the funny part is those men they base that commercial on literally are the ones that dont care lol
@@jaymeeduhh oh the men cared ALOT we all saw the backlash lol
@@youtooberman9001 that's the thing the men who cared where not the men being targeted in the video. Those men couldn't care less.
Not "improved", the message of the commercial is "hey you know all your *wanting to make the "children of tomorrow" in order to have humanity survive?* Throw that shit away because it's sexist!" Of course there are complete scumbags of all genders, but that is not what the commercial was saying. Although the people who boycott it might as well be amish because all companies do shitty things
I hope this comment section is filled with more comments talking about how terrible this comment section is rather than terrible comments themselves. Peace.
Very cool. Thanks Kanye.
Hey libertarians, where you at!!
I'm not gonna comment on the politics, but man could they be more obvious in their stance? How are people convinced they're in any way "subtle" and "vague" in their stance?
Prometheus idk they don’t outright state their stances on policy issues, but their ideologies and morals are on display.
Prometheus I mean people can be socially liberal but fiscally conservative. I’m such a person, actually.
Don't read the comment section please, there's actual Nazis in here, but if you do read, "abandon hope all ye who enter here. "
Are you the kind of person who would classify Ben Shapiro as a Nazi?

I’m not sure where you got any hysteria from my comment. I just value science and don’t like how Trump has changed Americans relationship with factual information.

ICP is not great...lol
For real though, is Arin right about squaters rights? Is that a California thing?
BoldCaster Squatters Rights are a real thing in the US, not just California. But I don't know about the specifics of the rights though.
It's nationwide, but very old and seldom enforced. Basically, if you stay in an abandoned house for ten years, the legal owner of the property can't kick you out anymore.

"If you need a gun because you're afraid of the government...you don't know how tanks work."-Steve Hofstetter.
Edit:Keep in mind I support the right to own a gun, just with more regulation then we have now, and I think saying we need them to fight against a tyrannical government is stupid.
I mean... look at Vietnam. Not saying that citizens can always take down am armed military, but it certainly has happened.
@@skramzhoodie Except they had the support of their government, and they won because the us soilders had not been trained in the terrain, and the Northern Vietnamese knew it very well. also, it was a foreign fight, so we couldn't get as many war materials to Vietnam, and tanks wouldn't be nearly as effective in the heavy forest terrain.

Wow, Arin knew who Connor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather are.
Matt is adorable.
VERY COOL
@@theinkubusart thanks
Given what happened when Jon seriously talked about politics, I don't blame them for avoiding doing the same
you sound like a whiny baby dude, stop.
i watched this at 66,666 views. I'm scared.
I don’t get it, it’s wrong to be a conservative?

"The right ones" way to be unbiased
woah, sounds like you want an echo chamber on all platforms online to shame people with a different opinion than you. thats kinda dangerous, reminds me of communist china or North Korea, eventually with that thinking its just thought policing whether someone is thinking "Correctly" or not.
That's just it." Yes twitter does not, But that is being ok with censorship something im heavily against, I never agreed with Nazi ideology but saying they cannot be normal people that use twitter is well strangely ironic:
>Nazi's absolutely HATE jews thus they try (nowadays in social media) to exclude them
>Nazi's get excluded cause we hate them.
Not saying Nazis are good just saying that censorship even in hateful material is not the most "progressive" of ideas ( Progressive:adj.Moving forward; advancing. Doesen't sound like censorig people's views does it?)
"And opinions can be wrong, and today's GOP and their sheep are constant reminders of that." You are commited for sure,But very much biased, And being biased when talking about politics is never good.
If you wanna know how i am in the political spectrum im basically Centre-Right liberalist. Tried to be as unbiased and as respectfull to the other side as i could.
Aleczen I don’t think you know what “bias” means.
