      Hi ,
Can you teach me what is a vision board and how to create it ...?

  • @676bun

Read this book a year ago. over the summer read "biology of belief" by Bruce Lipton, he talks about the subconscious mind as like a jukebox full of old records, these records were put there when you were a kid. If you never changed the records in your jukebox, then how can you get mad and kick the jukebox for not playing the songs you want to hear when things aren't going the way you want. We have to "put new records in our jukebox" if we want different results in our life, change your subconscious programs/ records.

You nailed it! No matter how many books we read or habits we look to change, change lies within the subconscious mind. Self-hypnosis or super learning while in a Theta brain wave state or an Alpha brain wave state is where the power lies!

“Goals are good for setting a direction, but systems are best for making progress.” A good reminder from the book. I also like the workbook called 30 Days to Reduce Stress by Harper Daniels, as it teaches mindfulness, which is powerful.

Hey Clark, thank you man. This is awesome! As far as massive change goes, when I need a change or I get the urge/feeling for a massive change I shave my head! It worked for me multiple times and I don't know why though. Another change is taking cold showers in the morning I feel like it's my reset button. Thanks again for the book summary. Need to read the book too. Take care.

I am now in my eighties. I stopped smoking forty years ago after about 25 years of Camels and or Chesterfields. I decided not to clean any astray until I quit. I did not clean them for this duration and while I don't remember how long my ashtrays when without cleaning, it worked for me. Could have been weeks or months but I haven't had nor wanted a cigarette since.

Can you make a video on the video making process? How you use key concepts from books and perhaps how you ensure you've understood the books properly? I always find that when I talk abt books I end up quoting them precisely and I would love some tips

Clark, this was great content, thank you very much. A friend introduced me to this book and I have read the first two chapters, already I have received new helpful new insights that I can put into practice. I just wanna let you know that there were 3 ads in the middle of your video at various times and it interrupted your flow as well as disrupted my thought processes, pulling me out of the zone I was in when listening to you. Well, I know you gotta monetize somehow and it contributes to your bread and butter but at the same time, the ads do your content a disservice because they're so sudden and you sometimes get cut off in the middle of speaking about a thought or an idea. I don't know whether there's anything you can do about it, but I thought I'd let you know.

I had an issue with page 106. There were quite a few gross generalizations, as well as blatantly incorrect statements. When he said “one does not get a dopamine spike when they do cocaine but when they see cocaine”, I had a major problem with that. Cocaine gives you dopamine that’s quite literally all it does. There were a few things here and there that were incorrect. I think that the book is of great utility, However I believe it is poorly written.
