It was 3 degrees when I was there back in 2008. I was at Magic Kingdom that night and I stayed until the midnight closing even though I was freezing cold. I went on splash Mountain for my last ride. By the time I walked back to main street there were only four other guests within sight taking pictures in front of the castle. It was so magical for it to be so bare!
I was a DVC member and stayed at Beach Club a few times. Always loved it. Wish I never sold my membership back to Disney but when I did it made sense. We moved to Windermere FL and didn’t think we would need it any longer. Big mistake! You guys should consider DVC. There’s nothing like staying on Disney property. Your vlogs bring back so many wonderful memories!!! Love you guys!!!❤️
Yes. I moved to California in 2008. I love it here in CA and have been to Disneyland many times but in my heart I really love Disney World. I love watching your vlogs because they bring back so many wonderful memories. My partner and I are planning a WDW trip in the next year or so. ❤️
My husband and I were there the week the skyliner was down. I’ve never had to wear gloves and toboggan at Disney until this year. It was cold and wet but had a wonderful week celebrating our anniversary!
The coldest I've ever been in my life was at Epcot, about 20 years ago! We went during the day in shorts and teeshirts and stayed for the Candlelight Processional in the evening - and it must have been near freezing by the time it started. There were four of us and we were huddled together for warmth! 😄
Great vlog as always! I can recommend Jellyrolls on the Boardwalk - it’s duelling pianos rather than karaoke and certainly used to to have a good atmosphere in the evenings. If interested in DVC consider buying a contract resale rather than direct from Disney to potentially save some money :)
Glad you have been able to experience some different resort stays! We are DVC members and have stayed at the Beach Club. It's lovely. We enjoy the Solarium in the morning for breakfast. 😊
Hi Guys. Another fab VLOG thanks. We went last week. Didn't have a reservation despite weeks of trying so tried on the day. Very expensive but worth it. The food was gorgeous and our server was brilliant. Did same as you as in had lunch and cost us $270 for 4. Great though and glad we did it x
We’ve seen many things we didn’t even know about whilst watching your Florida vlogs, the restaurant looked like a real experience, gutted Toby is such a fussy eater. Hotel looks lovely x
I saw someone insisting the other day that Disney was not at all expensive, which either means that person is fabulously wealthy or doesn’t know what they’re talking about. You’re clearly paying for the atmosphere at that Space 220 restaurant, so it does appear that the food was pretty good (though for me the words broccoli and cauliflower and the word delicious are total opposites). The special effects do look pretty impressive, I have to say.
Wow the beach club looked brilliant, very nice room , how much was that if u don't mind? We have never done Broadwalk but will definitely have a look around there now . How long was the walk from the resort to epcot ,?
You should have stayed inside and walked round from beach club through to the Yacht club, all connected, and gone to the Ale and Compass bar, the restaurant of the same name is also fantastic, and very reasonable, both hidden little gems. The yellow Mickey cake pop is lovely, pineapple flavour.
What a fabulous lunch at 220. As you said….it is an experience. But the food was good as well so win win. You lot are rotten teasing Lisa about being up in space. And I dont know, you look at all those delish cupcakes, brownies, specialty cakes and end up with the tiniest cookie ever 🤣🤣🤣
Space 220 looks amazing, I know it was expensive but it looked like a great experience. Boardwalk also looks so nice,it's just beautiful,especially at night time when it's all lit up. What a lovely hotel to stay in. 💙💙 xx

Thanks for review of space 220 my godson is desperate to go when we visit in October and I was not sure it was worth the cost if the food was bad but I will get it booked as soon as our trip is 60 days away enjoying all your vlogs and Ade and Lisa's.
Love the look of beach club, but haven't stayed there yet. We are waiting on a resale DVC contract -- worked out the perks you get from buying direct just not worth the amount you save buying resale, (for us anyway!). Definitely will go to the space restaurant when we go, looks amazing!
Whether I'd pay for the experience more than the food at Space 220 I don't know. For a family it's pretty expensive as alot of these dine ins are at Disney. Loved the lift and that you are not in space lol Glad u had a nice time
We went to Remy ratatouille ride 1 Feb and it said 45 min wait , it was 95 mins and I didn’t think it was that fantastic , certainly not worth the wait ! It was cute but nothing to right home about ! I did mission space went it first opened ! All the warnings made me nervous lol but it was good ! It took my breath away ascending to Mars lol ! I’ve got reservations for beach club in September so thanks for room tour ! What number were you in! We couldn’t get in at space 220 but on my list for September. Stay safe great vlog x
Some lf those rides are pretty old. Their obviously state fair educational rides. The problem is that their not fun. The living with the land could be saved if they turned it into a zootopia or bugs life theme ride.
So crazy. We were supposed to meetup with Lisa and Ade that night for cocktails and we were right there on the Boardwalk on the other side of the performers with the glowing hula hoop performers. We had no idea you were right there. Now we are double gutted because we missed Lisa and Ade and you two. We love you guys.

The small grogu figures are sold in most supermarkets for around £8. My teenager collects them

At Beach Club now, can see fireworks through trees at Epcot. The location is great but there is no way the room is worth $682 a night

The BCV is my home resort but I actually prefer staying at the Boardwalk.
After my morning run the Solarium was my coffee stop on way back to room.

How difficult was it getting the booking for Space 220?
We were lucky as Lisa had a booking for her and Ade and asked us if we wanted to join them. They changed their booking to four ❤️
