Thank you sister for your life transforming wisdom. One small example of how I have changed..today is my birthday. And everyone at home forgot. Earlier I would have gotten angry with them..but instead I went and hugged my mother and said "Ma it's my birthday!!" I gave her a bright smile. It felt so wonderful
Same with me. I used to easily let everything hurt me, creating a lot of strife in my relationships. I was also depressed, and constantly stressed and anxious. All of that has changed now. Now I am at peace.
