Now, in South Korea, over 3,000,000 people already watched this movie and I'm one of them as well. This movie is still no.1 and DUNE part.2 is the second.
Always good to hear it
I saw this movie twice in the theater. This is the best occult movie of recent times.
I have heard good things about it. Can't wait to see it
I just saw this movie in a packed theater. It is grip of your seats horrifying and exciting! So well edited there is not a single scene that drags or any part that is boring. Unexpected twists, grotesque imagery and really really scary if you are familiar with Korean Shamanism and other traditional East Asian beliefs. No wonder it is such a big hit!
I don’t want to give any spoilers but there is a reason native Koreans love this movie. It panders to the audience who still holds onto its deep-seated resentment of their neighbor to the east.
I love that about South Korean movies. Also to know it was a packed theater makes it exciting.

The movie is about a dead body buried in the ground and turned into an evil ghost. Kim Go-eun, who memorizes like a spell with a knife, plays the role of a shaman. A shaman is a Korean tradition

그것은 북한 남한 똑같다
매우 흥미로운. 밤에는 휘파람을 불지 그래?
어릴적 밤에 휘파랑을 붛면 뱀 나온다고 못 불게 했어요
휘파랑은 귀신의 언어인데 애들한테 실질적인 공포인 징그러운 뱀으로 이야기하면 더 이해가 빨라서 그랬던거 같아요
물론 뱀 나오나 보려고 휘파람 불어봐도 뱀은 안 나왔고 대신 어머니한테 등싸대기를 맞았죠
@@interstella2345 나는 그것을 들었다. 집에서 휘파람을 불면 뱀이 유인될 수 있다는 말을 들었습니다. 나는 몽골 사람이고 같은 말이 있기 때문에 이것을 알고 있습니다.
@@MisterFilmStock 하나 흥미로운 얘기를 하자면 김고은이 연기하는 배역의 직업은 무당이다. 무당은 주변에 영혼이 있거나 영혼을 부를때 휘파람을 영화에 나오는것처럼 한번 분다.
이 영화에 숨겨진 상징물이 많다. 그래서 여러번 영화관을 찾는 관객이 있다.

It will be difficult for Westerners to understand this film if they do not understand Korean tombs and the profession of shamans.
You need to know some Korean culture to understand and watch the movie.
