On the end you have to put it on your head. I remember my disappointment about AVG K6, lightest helmet completely not on my scull 😢
What do you mean? The fit? Weight doesn't change from one person to the other.

The speakers for HJC is too small, I cant use the 45mm speakers! Why cant they make the indent bigger!? What a waste!!
