It says at the end. They let him talk because threats to law enforcement and family are felonies. He was charged with DUI, grand theft because the vehicle was token, the threats, possession and resisting arrest. He needs a competency evaluation but hopefully he is still in jail

I remember this from last year. I believe that he was jailed and no one would bond him. He really is nuts. He has/had multiple charges of all kinds of things like assault, stalking, racist comments etc etc. Just generally a nuisance to society and the police
