I wasn't too excited when this line came out, but it has grown on me - 1/12 soft goods figures are my thing. I had these one pre-ordered on BBTS but then I saw they were available on 5K, so I lost $30 from pre-ordering but ended up getting the entire set from 5K for $45, shipped. Really looking forward to Dr. White and No. 77.
I also preordered these on BBTS but they were cheaper and came in stock sooner on Gundamit so that's where I got them from. So you got all 3 figures for $45? I'm guessing you used your points. That's a darn good price. I didn't like the doctor and android figure, they are ugly looking imo.
@@trendkilltoysI'm interested in getting my first figure in this line. In joy toys in general but they are so expensive. I could get a dope mythic legion for that price. Do you think they are worth it?
@@johnny10grasp3 It depends what style you like. If you like the fantasy style then mythic legions is more worth it. You get more sculpt work and accessories for your dollar. With Frontline Chaos, most of the price is going into the cloth goods and head sculpt. The body is very plain and doesn't get amazing articulation. For me, I like the anime style and the custom possibilities with the clothes. I like to swap headsculpts and clothes onto other figures as you can see in my reviews of these figures. So it comes down to what your priorities are.
The look pretty cool overall, but the face sculpt look or maybe it's the paint look offputting IMHO. The upcoming i8toys' Katherine [Serene Hound] looks promising. The clothe goods on that custom ML you put on looks pretty good, but it would look better with boots on that line for sure. The last fig with the shirt haired fig on that gi joe ninja vody looked great 👍@14:39
The 1/12 i8 toys katherine does look good quality, but I don't like the design, too much going on. Head sculpt is nice though. And I'm going to add boots to that fronline chaos/marvel legends custom and then take some pics for instagram. I wish marvel legends made blank bodies
@@LiquidBelowZero Yeah I've seen them. I have a friend that has them too so I've held one in my hands. I don't like the neck setup and the proportions of the body. The articulation is good but it's just not my favorite body. Maybe I need to spend more time playing with it

@@trendkilltoys I don't know if you looked into the brand called Romankey & Cowl they look very versatile.
