The depth is insane, and I feel all the players understand how stacked the team is and aren’t concerned with the “starter” title as they’re still gonna get starter minutes!!
Excited to see what we look like against similar competition. This team has the potential to get nasty and bury teams. Need to develop consistency and killer instinct. Also want to see who steps up as go to players in crunch time.
Syracuse is huuuge. I worry about Tech's size and physicality short comings. Cambridge needs to step up and help out in those areas big time. And Yalaho needs to get out there. He needs to go in and bang around for a few minutes just to help out a little. Speaking of that NCAA game against St. Jo's back then. Not only did they have Nelson, they had Delonte West and he caused Tech a lot of problems. He was good enough to play in the league before he went entirely off the rails. You mentioned Wisconsin killing Arizona. I saw earlier this week they beat UT-Rio Grande by 4 points. Weird stuff. Tech usually plays pretty well up there in NYC around this time of year, so here's hoping.
This teams not going to win many shooting 4/20 from 3. Williams was ice cold, hate seeing him put up the prayer from 3 on the second to last possession, I feel like there was more to try. Then the last possession was, I dunno, not the shot you want either. Hope it is the best non conference loss.
They r legitimately 9 deep. I don’t think it will tighten up too much. Going to need all of them .
It’ll be good to see what we really are at this point on the hardwood.
Hoping for a matchup with UT, which is likely to happen. Going 2-0 would help silence the strength of schedule critics.

Tech in time will tighten up their defense. But they aren’t going undefeated. All about getting ready for conference play.
We can't come out of this 0 and 2.
