Oh Tammy! I’m so glad it’s not just me! I have extremely sensitive skin. Actual contact allergies I have been tested for. And all Cera Ve products are listed on my approved list. But every time I try one it either burns, causes rashes or makes me itch or all of the above! As for sunscreen I find SkinMedica is tolerable. At least for now. I’m with you girl! No CeraVe for me! Your skin is always beautiful!❤ in regard of the vitamin C, the product you tried it does not contain the ascorbic acid, it contains the more stable, less potent ingredient so that’s why it will not oxidize and it has only 10% of it so in my opinion they are much better products out there. Also love love love Isdin sunscreen!!!
I love the COSRX snail mucin. I pay 13.20 on Amazon. I haven’t seen it at my Cosco. It’s so inexpensive I use it around my eyes and my neck. I’ve noticed a difference on my neck for sure. It’s also good to put on any open sores. It helps the healing process. I hope you feel better soon.

I’ve been cutting back and simplifying my skincare routine as well. I used a lot of products with a lot of steps but now my post menopausal skin just doesn’t tolerate all of it. I’m using fewer products that have more actives in them. Simple is better. A line called Skinbetter Science has worked wonders for me. Thanks for another fantastic informative video. Oh Tammy menopause is killing me , since my menstral stopped some time ago now all of a sudden my legs and back are giving me 10 kinds of hell. I cant bend down to put my underwear on it’s driving me nuts. This will sound weird to you I bet , but since my little chihuahua died in March the 15 th I seem to have deteriorated. Been checked nothing broken etc we can’t figure out what’s wrong with me. Am a great believer in eating good stuff not crap. Any ideas ? ❤❤❤❤❤

OMG I have the same problem with CeraVe! It all burns like fire! All the ones that the RUclips derms recommend (Cetephil, CeraVe, Laroche, Eucerine etc) are a disaster for me. And don’t get me started on Oil of Olay lol😂

Totally off topic but have you noticed a big drop in your blood pressure since losing weight ?...Im 70 and have been on blood pressure medicine for over 17 years..I recently lost 13 lbs and quit drinking my 2 beers every night, lol...Now off my bp med and bp is low....Yeah.....
I have not...my blood pressure has always been a little on the low side...I did have my blood work come back with some changes which I believe are because of menopause...my overall cholesterol is higher and my LDL's are a bit off....but my HDL and Triglycerides are great...my B12 is extremely high...I was always a vegetarian so I supplemented...eating more dairy, eggs and chicken I am getting enough through food and no longer need to supplement...all other levels are excellent.

Oh Tammy menopause is killing me , since my menstral stopped some time ago now all of a sudden my legs and back are giving me 10 kinds of hell. I cant bend down to put my underwear on it’s driving me nuts. This will sound weird to you I bet , but since my little chihuahua died in March the 15 th I seem to have deteriorated. Been checked nothing broken etc we can’t figure out what’s wrong with me. Am a great believer in eating good stuff not crap. Any ideas ? ❤❤❤❤❤
Perhaps if you lost about 50 pounds, you will be able to move easier and it will help you with your longevity….hugs

OMG I have the same problem with CeraVe! It all burns like fire! All the ones that the RUclips derms recommend (Cetephil, CeraVe, Laroche, Eucerine etc) are a disaster for me. And don’t get me started on Oil of Olay lol😂

Totally off topic but have you noticed a big drop in your blood pressure since losing weight ?...Im 70 and have been on blood pressure medicine for over 17 years..I recently lost 13 lbs and quit drinking my 2 beers every night, lol...Now off my bp med and bp is low....Yeah.....
I have not...my blood pressure has always been a little on the low side...I did have my blood work come back with some changes which I believe are because of menopause...my overall cholesterol is higher and my LDL's are a bit off....but my HDL and Triglycerides are great...my B12 is extremely high...I was always a vegetarian so I supplemented...eating more dairy, eggs and chicken I am getting enough through food and no longer need to supplement...all other levels are excellent.
