I have a SF5 forester GT turbo - changed it to better - joined the car club and got great information and race track days = new ej207 RA spec C sti jdm engine - with jdm sti trans and diff 4,44 lsd !
Though Subaru used Twin-Turbo in the marketing, it's actually a compound turbo system. The smaller turbo brings on the boost instantly. The bigger turbo doesn't kick in till the upper power band.
It’s actually a sequential turbo system. The 2 turbos work at different rpm ranges. A compound turbo system has the smaller one feed into the larger one
@@coopsnz1 130,000 km (80,000) miles. Not too bad! You wouldn’t be able to tell it even did that much with the cosmetic and mechanical condition of the car :) these are still relatively affordable compared to other JDM sports cars. I try to price my vehicles as fairly as possible.
