    Sir small correction phosphorus holds 5 electrons on its valence shell and boron holds 3. U said it wrongly ! And I admire your teaching. Crystal clear explanation thankyou so much sir... ❤️

      Yes he is wrong phosphorus holds 5 electrons on valance shell and boron got 3. But the way of his teachings is fantastic 😍

    Hi sir its my kind reminder for you the phosphorus is not P type impurity its the N type impurity( donor impurity) and its have 5 valance electrons on the valance band( pentavalant impurity atom).
