INGREDIENTS FOR 5 BOILED EGGS
1, Boiled eggs 5
2. Two onions and1 tomato, roughly hopped , then coarsely ground
3. Ginger garlic paste 1 and half tsp
4. Peas , 5o to 70 g , stir fry 1/4th of it for garishing
5. For tadka ,
bay leaf 1
cinnamon stick 1 small piece
red chili whole 1 to 2
green cardmomd 2
black cardmoms 2
cloves 2, 3
cumin seeds 3/4 tsp
black pepper 4, 5
6 . Spice powders nclude ;
turmeric 3/4 tsp
coriander 1 tsp
cumin 1/2
red chili 1/2 tsp
kashmiri chili 1 and 1/4 tsp
garam masala 3/ 4 tsp
